IDEA is a network of home appliance and electronics stores offering installment plans, founded in 2019, with 52 branches and over 1000 employees. The company's core concept is: 'One document, one price, one idea.' This means customers can arrange bank installments and purchase desired goods in just a few minutes, without unnecessary hassle or extra paperwork.
– Ensuring flexibility, scalability, and secure data storage. In the beginning, data storage wasn't an issue, as there was only one store, 10 employees, and a small volume of data stored on a regular personal computer in the office. However, the company planned for global expansion, and to ensure flexibility, scalability, and secure data storage, we decided to choose a cloud service provider, and our choice fell on Pro-Data.
– Uninterrupted call center operations. Initially, IDEA's contact center was outsourced, not fully integrated into the company's operations, and lacked an understanding of its corporate values. That's why the decision was made to organize our own call center, train employees, and set up telephony.
– Reliable hosting of the 1C 'Dalion' system. The 1C 'Dalion' system is the heart of IDEA; if the program stops working, the company could simply shut down. All company employees work within this system, all business processes run through it, and all company data is stored there. Therefore, the reliability and uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure are a top priority.
“Before switching to Pro-Data's infrastructure, we tested other providers' infrastructure, but beyond uninterrupted server operation, the quality of technical support to accommodate our individual requirements was crucial to us. Project handover was smooth. Currently, over 5 different IDEA systems are hosted on Pro-Data's infrastructure. Approximately 20 servers are utilized to ensure the uninterrupted operation of all these systems.
